Chris Couch

After growing up in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky, Chris moved to Lexington in 2016. He has since fallen in love with the city and has lived here even since.

Chris has worked for several Democratic and non-partisan campaigns, for the Kentucky Democratic Party as an organizer, as a policy advisor for the House Democratic Leadership in Frankfort, and most recently in the Kentucky Horse Park serving an equine non-profit.

Chris believes that public policy, when done right, will make Kentucky the blueprint for quality education, economic growth, healthcare innovation, and equality — he wants to take part in crafting that vision, and that is why he's running.
